The 9th article of our association charter under the title of “The Form of Establishment of the Association General Assembly, Time of Meeting and Procedure for Calling and Meeting” states that “The Ordinary General Assembly shall meet once every three years, in June, on the day, place and time to be determined by the Board of Directors.”
Within this framework, in accordance with the decision numbered 62 dated 08.06.2024 of our Board of Directors, the 2nd Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Association shall be held on Monday, 24.06.2024 at 17:30 in the Tarsus Chamber of Agriculture Meeting Hall with a simple majority; If a simple majority is not reached, it will be held on 01.07.2024, without a majority requirement, at the same time and place with the following agenda:
AGENDA:
- Opening of the meeting and signing of the list of attendees by the participating members
- Standing in silence and the National Anthem
- Opening speech of the Vice President
- Election of the General Assembly Presidency Board
- Authorization of the General Assembly Presidency Board to sign the meeting minutes
- Discharge of the Board of Directors
- Information of the Board of Auditors about the income-expenditure status and audit reports
- Election of the new management and audit boards
- Discussion of other written and oral proposals and requests and wishes
- Closing of the meeting
